Bill’s Sweeping Service acquired by Sweeping Corporation of America

Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA), an Ohio-based power sweeping company, has acquired Bill’s Sweeping Service in Orange, California.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Bill’s Sweeping Service is engaged in offering street sweeping services to construction and industrial customers, and home owner’s associations across Southern California.

Sweeping Corporation of America said that Sweeping Corporation of America’s sweeping services complements its existing services in Southern California and grows its client base in the area.

Bill’s Sweeping Service has been in the sweeping services business since 1953. It marks the fourth acquisition in 2021 for Sweeping Corporation of America in Southern California.

Bill’s Sweeping Service is the 12th transaction in 2021 for Sweeping Corporation of America and the 30th acquisition overall. With the acquisitions, the power sweeping company has expanded its team to more than 1,500 employees in its 50 plus locations.

Earlier this month, Sweeping Corporation of America acquired Major Clean, Inc., which provides sweeping services to customers across the greater Charlotte market in North Carolina.
