The transaction involved comprehensive legal and financial advisory services. Issuu received legal support from Goodwin Procter and financial advisory from Lightning Partners. On the other hand, Bending Spoons was represented by Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP for legal matters in the US and Germany, Kromann Reumert in Denmark, and Pérez-Llorca in Portugal. EY Advisory SpA provided financial and tax due diligence for Bending Spoons.
