Ball Insurance Services acquired by World Insurance Associates
World Insurance Associates (WIA), a US-based insurance agency, has acquired Ball Insurance Services based in Northwest Indiana for an undisclosed price.
Ball Insurance is an insurance agency focused on property and casualty. The company’s specialization is in providing auto and motorcycle insurance.

For World Insurance Associates, the legal counsel for the deal was Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, while Wooton Hoy offered legal counsel to Ball Insurance.
