Arcline to acquire gas and fluid layout systems manufacturer CoreDux

Arcline Investment Management has agreed to acquire CoreDux, a manufacturer of ultra-high purity flexible gas and fluid conveyance components and systems based in The Netherlands, from Silverfleet Capital.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CoreDux provides flexible gas and fluid artery systems that are said to be used in highly demanding high-tech applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, aeronautics, space, and clean mobility.

The closing of the deal, which is expected to occur in Q1 or Q2 2022, is contingent on regulatory approvals and the consultation process of CoreDux’s work councils, which is expected to begin shortly.
