The value of the contract for its firm portion is anticipated to be about $42 million. The drilling project will begin in Q1 2022 after the completion of Capella’s current contract, its transition to the Vantage Holdings subsidiary who will be the new manager, and its relocation from Malaysia to Indonesia and the preparation of the contract.

The contract is expected to last through mid-Q3 2022.

The additional contract value is estimated to be around $37 million.
