AmeriLife Group acquires majority stake in Jack Schroeder and Associates

AmeriLife Group has acquired a majority stake in Wisconsin-based insurance marketing organization Jack Schroeder and Associates (JSA) for an undisclosed price.

Headquartered in Green Bay,  Jack Schroeder and Associates is said to have more than 48 years of experience and expert knowledge in Medicare brokerage. The company is said to help independent insurance agents get access to some of the leading senior health insurance products in the US.

Brian T. Schroeder – Jack Schroeder and Associates Chairman and CEO will retain a significant ownership position in the insurance marketing organization, apart from serving as a principal and member of the management team with the life and health brokerage distribution channel of AmeriLife Group.

Based in Florida, AmeriLife provides insurance marketing and brokerage services for annuity, life, and health insurance products. The company expects Jack Schroeder and Associates to significantly grow driven by the combination of its industry-leading resources and that of its own.

AmeriLife said that the transaction with Jack Schroeder and Associates along with the recent acquisitions of Stephens-Matthews, further grows its capabilities and distribution presence to cope up with the Medicare and life insurance requirements of retirees in the country.
