AmeriLife acquires Texas-based insurance provider Insurance 360

AmeriLife Group, a US insurance and retirement solutions provider, has acquired Insurance 360, a Texas-based insurance provider, for an undisclosed price.

Insurance 360 provides customers with term life, universal life, long-term care, disability income, and survivorship insurance policies from major insurance carriers.

Established in 1983, Insurance 360 focuses on direct mail marketing, advertising term life insurance products and services to physicians and attorneys across the US. Following 25 years in direct mail marketing, Insurance 360 moved its focus to cater to existing policyholders and client management services.

Scott Harper – president of Insurance 360 said: “We’ve been serving our clients for 38 years and continue to be dedicated to offering a personal experience with a knowledgeable professional.

Apart from his role as president, Scott Harper will become the principal of Insurance 360 under the Life & Health Brokerage Distribution group of AmeriLife.
