Airtel Business, the B2B division of Indian telecommunications company Bharti Airtel, has launched its customer advisory board with the goal of making its customers equal stakeholders in its product development journey.
The board will have representation from the top enterprise customers of Airtel coming from a varied set of industries/sectors.
To meet at regular intervals, the board will deliberate and provide counsel on customer issues and emerging technology trends to help Airtel Business align its roadmap to the strategic needs of its customers and create the appropriate solutions for the market.
Furthermore, the customer advisory board will also give Airtel’s key enterprise customers an early view of the advanced capabilities that the telecommunications company is developing.

Airtel said that it will be sharing the insights from the customer advisory board and its broader set of customers with the wider industry through the Airtel Business Insights reports.
