Agilysys to acquire property management solution provider ResortSuite

Agilysys, a US-based hospitality software provider, has agreed to acquire Canadian property management solution provider ResortSuite in an all-cash deal worth around $25 million.

ResortSuite caters to the complex multi-amenity and resort market. The company offers an integrated suite of hospitality solutions that include spa, golf, retail, food and beverage, sales and catering, ski, and concierge applications for managing properties having multiple amenities.

According to Agilysys, the acquisition provides scope to bring next generation SaaS solutions to ResortSuite’s customers. Furthermore, the combination of the two firms will facilitate revenue synergies and delivery of integrated hotel property management and contactless capabilities to the hospitality industry, said Agilysys.

The deal, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is anticipated to close in early January 2022.
