Aditya Birla Capital and Hexaware forge new path with metaverse lounge

In a pioneering move in the Indian non-banking financial industry, Aditya Birla Capital, the financial services division of the Aditya Birla Group, has introduced OneVerse, a virtual lounge in the metaverse mirroring its physical branch.

OneVerse enables customers to access a broad spectrum of solutions related to Protecting, Investing, Financing, and Advising. They can virtually walk through the lounge and engage with interactive elements within the space. Moreover, several digital aids and easy access to digital self-service channels, including a user-friendly WhatsApp bot, are available within the lounge.

Accessible through Aditya Birla Capital’s website or mobile app, or with the Oculus VR headset, the virtual lounge provides a truly immersive experience. Apple Vision Pro users will also gain access early next year. In the virtual lounge, customers can interact with agents through fully customizable avatars in an environment that mimics the physical branch experience.
