Adani Enterprises, the flagship entity of Indian conglomerate Adani Group, has announced the incorporation of a fully-owned subsidiary Mahanadi Mines and Minerals Private Limited (MMMPL).

According to Adani Enterprises, Mahanadi Mines and Minerals has been created to own, develop, and operate mines of various minerals. The company, which has been incorporated in India, and registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is yet to begin its business operations.

Mahanadi Mines and Minerals has been given an authorized share capital of INR 10 lakhs.

Adani Enterprises is an active player in the global mining industry. The company has particularly been engaged in the production of coal.
