Adani Enterprises announces incorporation of Pune Data Center Limited

Adani Enterprises Limited said that AdaniConnex, its joint venture with EdgeConnex Europe BV, has incorporated a fully-owned subsidiary called Pune Data Center Limited (PDCL).

Pune Data Center Limited will be engaged in developing, operating, maintaining, and dealing with data centers, information technology (IT), information technology enabled services (ITES), and cloud. The new company will offer services pertaining to the areas and carry out activities related to its infrastructure development, which include land acquisition and development.

The initial authorized and paid-up share capital of Pune Data Center Limited is INR 1,00,000 each.

Pune Data Center Limited will begin its business operations in due course, said Adani Enterprises Limited.
