AccuRisk Solutions acquires Case Management Specialists

AccuRisk Solutions, Chicago-based managing general underwriter, has acquired medical management and wellness company Case Management Specialists (CMS) for an undisclosed price.

Based in Wisconsin, Case Management Specialists offers a range of services that can be separately purchased, to improve or complement existing programs, or as a comprehensive medical management and/or wellness package.
