NextMart acquires oil field services provider Two Brothers Services

NextMart has acquired Two Brothers Services, a New Mexico-based oil field services provider in the Permian Basin, US.

As per the terms of the deal, NextMart acquired Two Brothers Services in exchange for 30 million of its shares.

Based in Carlsbad, Two Brothers Services is said to be active in the main oil and gas fields of the Permian Basin. It offers specialized oil field services such as hot oilers and super vac trucks.

Two Brothers Services has nearly $3 million in hard assets and equipment.
