Route Mobile acquires cloud communications service provider M.R Messaging

Route Mobile Limited, an Indian cloud communication platform service provider, said that its fully-owned subsidiary RouteSms Solutions FZE has wrapped up the previously announced €38 million acquisition of M.R Messaging FZC.

Based in the UAE, M.R Messaging is a cloud communications service provider that serves enterprises and aggregators in Europe and South Africa.

Route Mobile said that the acquisition is in line with its global growth strategy and bolsters its global footprint as a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider.

M.R Messaging provides CPaaS solutions such as application-to-person (A2P) messaging, number lookup and two-way messaging. The company has offices in the UAE, South Africa, and Malta.
