Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired W.P. Dolle, LLC based in Cincinnati, Ohio for an undisclosed price.

Established in 1872, W.P. Dolle is a retail property/casualty (P&C) agency and employee benefit consultant.

The company is said to cater to a diverse client base in the greater Cincinnati tristate region.

With an particular focus on risk management, W.P. Dolle offers capabilities and expertise in serving clients engaged in manufacturing and distribution.

Mark Rummler, Rich Veleta, and their team will shift to Arthur J. Gallagher’s nearby Cincinnati office. They will report to Sean Gallagher, who is the head of Great Lakes region retail property/casualty brokerage operations of Arthur J. Gallagher as well as Tom Lannen, who is the head of employee benefits consulting operations.
