Ardurra Group has acquired Florida-based engineering consulting firm Pigeon-Roberts & Associates, which caters to local and regional agencies with services related to the water and wastewater markets.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the parties.

Ardurra Group, which is a portfolio company of Round Table Capital Management, is an engineering firm that caters to public and private entities across the US with consulting and engineering services.

Following the acquisition of Pigeon-Roberts & Associates, Ardurra Group gets to further grow its water market expertise in Florida.
