Dakota Mountain Lodge acquires Waldorf Astoria Park City in Park City, Utah

Dakota Mountain Lodge Homeowners Association, a hotel investment company, has acquired Waldorf Astoria Park City, a luxury hotel in Park City, Utah for an undisclosed price.

Featuring 159-guestrooms and suites, Waldorf Astoria Park City is situated at the Canyons Village base of Park City Resort. It is said to encompass newly renovated rooms along with spacious suites, Powder restaurant and the Waldorf Astoria Spa in addition to an expansive outdoor space with fire pits, Jacuzzis, and a heated pool.

Adam Heffron – General Manager at Waldorf Astoria Park City said: “We are delighted to continue to offer our signature hospitality as we welcome guests to this great destination that embraces the outdoors.

“Park City is ideal for a variety of adventures, including hiking, bicycling and of course skiing, as we are home to the largest ski and snowboard resort in the United States.”
