These missiles are designed to penetrate any current anti-missile defenses by traveling at speeds nine times faster than sound, covering distances exceeding 1,000 kilometers (over 620 miles). Russian President Vladimir Putin has highlighted the Zircon as a critical component of Russia’s military strategy, capable of targeting both maritime and ground targets effectively.
