Enghouse Systems acquires mobility management solutions provider Navita

Enghouse Systems said that it has acquired Brazilian SaaS-based enterprise mobility management solutions provider Mobi All Tecnologia (doing business as Navita).

The Canadian software company did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.

Based in Sao Paulo, Navita has annual revenue of around $7.5 million.

Navita provides a suite of products that are focused on handling and controlling critical mobile assets along with telecom and IT expense management.

The solutions offered by the Brazilian firm are Telecom Expense Management (TEM) for controlling and streamlining telecom expenses, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) for linking mobile devices to enterprise workflows/controls and IT Expense Management (ITEM) for handling and streamlining IT corporate expenses.

According to Enghouse Systems, Navita’s solutions ensure the compliant utilization of mobile assets by its users as per the internal governance policies of customers.

The products are directly sold by Navita to large enterprises and indirectly via certain telecom providers and hardware manufacturers in Brazil to their business customers as well as government agencies.

On Wednesday, Enghouse Systems announced the completion of the previously announced $18 million acquisition of US-based enterprise video platform provider Qumu Corporation.
