Young Living Essential Oils, a US-based essential oils and other related products producer, has acquired CBD products manufacturer Nature’s Ultra, for an undisclosed price.
Nature’s Ultra, which has more than 1,500 acres of hemp farms located in Colorado, will continue to operate independently.
It will offer legal CBD products, which are natural, organic, vegan approved, and free from gluten.
Dr. Mike Buch – Young Living Chief Science Officer said: “The pristine conditions in the Rocky Mountains allows Nature’s Ultra to source pure CBD from Colorado hemp fields that are grown without the use of pesticides.
“By adding our oils to this high-quality isolate, we are able to offer a Smart-Spectrum product that doesn’t compromise on quality, and Nature’s Ultra CBD oils can proudly display the Young Living logo because they meet our stringent Seed to Seal Standards.”
The company said that Nature’s Ultra farms and cultivation practices have secured Young Living’s Seed to Seal approval after thorough testing.
Young Living also said Nature’s Ultra hemp farms use organic and sustainable farming methods to infuse 0% THC and essential oils.
Richard Ricketts – Nature’s Ultra founder and CEO said: “Their Seed to Seal commitment to quality so closely mirrored our own that it only made sense to work together to bring high-quality CBD to the world.”
Nature’s Ultra products are organically and naturally cultivated from hemp farms in the US. The products have also received USDA organic handler’s certification.
The company will sell Young Living essential oil-infused products, which include Boost, Soothe, Calm, and Zest CBD roll-ons, a CBD muscle rub, and a variety of flavored CBD oils.
