XanLite North America acquired by Enchante Lites

Decorative lighting products manufacturer Enchante Lites has acquired the distribution of French lighting company XanLite in North America for an undisclosed price.

Through the acquisition, Enchante Lites will be adding unique “made in France” designs and trends to its portfolio, thereby enabling newly rebranded XanLite North America to grow its consumer products in the US, Canada and Mexico.
