Wrench Group acquires electrical services provider Maine Home Services

Wrench Group, a US-based home services provider, has acquired Maine Home Services, an electrical services provider in the San Jose and Bay Area, for an undisclosed price.

Based in Livermore, California, Maine Home Services is now the 25th company in the Wrench Group. It is expected to further expand Wrench Group’s footprint in the Bay Area market and northern California.

Wrench Group said that since March 2020 it has added 15 home services brands to its roster.

Maine Home Services will operate under Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning, a home services firm that has five locations in the Bay Area. Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning was acquired by Wrench Group in 2020 as its first California location.
