Designed by celebrity Beverly Hills Architect Tony Ashai, with Dubai-based Lead Consultants Architecture Design Unit (ADU), this architectural marvel is anticipated to open by the end of 2026. The project will feature 524 residences, including 1-4 bedroom residences and luxurious penthouses, along with 300 guest rooms. It promises to redefine luxury with bold design and premium experiences, catering to homeowners, tourists, nature lovers, and aquatic sports enthusiasts.
