Wipro selected by Aggreko to transform finance and procurement function
Wipro said that it has been selected by Aggreko as a strategic partner in the transformation of the latter’s finance and procurement function.
Based in Scotland, Aggreko supplies temporary power generation equipment and temperature control equipment.
The company’s rental and power solutions businesses are said to solve complex problems in the most important industries of oil and gas, refining and petrochemical, construction, building services, utilities, as well as events, manufacturing, and mining.

Wipro said that it has created a customized software solution specifically for Aggreko to automate the transactions of its finance and procurement function and enhance its efficiency.
Through Wipro’s solution, Aggreko’s finance and procurement capability is expected to be simplified, standardized, automated and upgraded to meet the changing requirements of the company as well as its clients in the future.
