Wipro opens ServiceNow focused @nowStudio in Brazil

Wipro has launched the @nowStudio in Brazil with an aim to expedite the digital journey of customers and foster the enrichment of the ServiceNow community of users and developers.

It is the second @nowStudio to have been opened as part of the Indian IT company’s global plan. The first @nowStudio in partnership with US software company ServiceNow was opened by Wipro in Texas in August 2021.

Katia Ortiz — ServiceNow Brazil Country Manager said: “Having a dedicated space for customers to experience ServiceNow will increased hands-on understanding when adopting the ServiceNow Platform while helping organizations solve business challenges.

“It will be a very important space to further leverage the growth of the community and ecosystem in Brazil and across South America.”

Located in the newest office of Wipro in the EZ Towers building in São Paulo, the @nowStudio makes use of the digital workflows and optimized processes of the ServiceNow Platform for providing tailored services and solutions for firms across a range of industries.

It will be frequented by the community of partners, developers, and customers, and directly contribute to the certification of new professionals, developing skills, building original solutions, and accelerating the businesses of the two firms locally.

The @nowStudio in Brazil has multiple environments that focus on design thinking and collaboration. It also provides exclusive place for facilitating the co-creation of solutions that employ cutting-edge technology.

According to Wipro, customers will gain from the full delivery potential of accelerators made available by the company, which includes IT service management as well as business process automation packages.
