Wipro names Badri Srinivasan as head of APMEA Strategic Market Unit

Wipro said that Badri Srinivasan will be the head of the company’s India and Southeast Asia businesses, leading the APMEA Strategic Market Unit that covers Asia Pacific, the Middle East, India, and Africa.

Badri Srinivasan will take charge of both regions in order to help drive greater synergies and allow the exchange of the best practices, offer consistently exceptional and consistent customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, and increase Wipro’s capability to profit from the opportunities for growth that are emerging.

Badri Srinivasan was hired by Wipro at the beginning of 2022. He was the Director of Management of Southeast Asia, where he was responsible for consolidating strategic transformational partnerships with customers while enhancing Wipro’s branding and talent base.

Under his direction, the initiatives are said to have led to the company’s growth and revenue growth across the major markets in the region. Badri Srinivasan serves as a member of the Board of Wipro’s strategic subsidiaries and saw through the acquisitions of companies located in Asia, including Capco, Designit, and Rizing. He has also been a member of Wipro’s Global Leadership Team.
