Vinci Partners Investments Ltd. This acquisition, first announced on April 25, 2024, was finalized today, marking a significant expansion in ‘ asset management portfolio.

By acquiring MAV Capital, Vinci Partners now oversees an additional R$550 million in assets, primarily distributed across two investment vintages in MAV’s flagship strategy. The deal incorporates an initial cash transaction with a further cash consideration structured through an earnout to be paid in 2028. This contingent payment is based on achieving specific incremental management fee revenue targets.
