Veros Software, the owner of enterprise risk management and collateral valuation services provider Veros Real Estate Solutions, has acquired Valligent, a home appraisal management company based in California.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Valligent, which is headed by Jeff Wickham and Jeremy McCarty, provides conventional, alternative, and appraisal underwriting services.
Established in 2002, the company has built products like virtual appraisal, a compliant appraisal for addressing the demands of the digital mortgage.
