These centers aim to enhance the accessibility of high-quality primary care for Anthem members who are enrolled in commercial employer-based and Health Insurance Exchange plans. This strategic partnership marks a significant step in improving healthcare services in the region, ensuring that patients receive more efficient and effective primary care services.

The newly opened Vera Whole Health centers are designed to seamlessly integrate with the Anthem benefits ecosystem, thus enhancing the effectiveness of existing programs and contributing to better health outcomes. These clinics promise a novel primary care experience, offering members extensive time with dedicated care teams, expanded access through same and next-day appointments, and both in-person and virtual consultation options. Additionally, proactive health management is facilitated through timely alerts and updates on upcoming care needs or recommendations.

Vera Whole Health sets itself apart by combining high-quality primary care with an innovative navigation system tailored for the commercial market. Through advanced data aggregation from its technology platform, the organization engages members needing intensive care. Each patient is surrounded by a dedicated care team, including primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, health coaches, and care managers.
