Vaibhav Global discloses carbon neutrality targets

Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL), an Indian E-tailer of fashion jewellery, accessories, and lifestyle products, revealed plans to become carbon neutral in Scope 1 & 2 emissions by the year 2031.

The company claimed that it has incorporated sustainability aspects in its core practices and policies.

Vaibhav Global is also targeting to achieve carbon neutrality in Scope 3 emissions in future and is said to be assessing possibilities for that.

Sunil Agrawal — Managing Director of Vaibhav Global said: “Our Carbon Neutrality goal reflects our belief that business value creation and sustainability are complimentary goals. Above targets also includes series of mid-term sustainability objectives aiming to facilitate carbon neutrality in future and will continue to drive forward our ESG journey.”
