UTI Asset Management ropes in Anurag Mittal as deputy head of fixed income

UTI Asset Management Company Limited (UTI AMC) has roped in Anurag Mittal as executive vice president and the deputy head – fixed income for its mutual fund operations.

The appointment has come into effect from 25 October 2021.

Anurag Mittal joins UTI AMC with more than 10 years of experience in the fund management, dealing and research. In the past, he was associate director at IDFC Asset Management Company where he handled key IDFC debt mutual fund schemes.

Before IDFC, he worked at HDFC Asset Management Company as senior manager – investments and Axis Asset Management as fund manager – investments, where he took care of fund management, dealing and research.

Anurag Mittal is a chartered accountant, who is affiliated with Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics with his specialization being finance.
