Trigyn Technologies wins contingent staffing contract from NYPA

Trigyn Technologies Limited said that its fully-owned subsidiary — Trigyn Technologies, Inc. has won a contract from the New York Power Authority (NYPA) to deliver authority-wide contingent staffing.

The contract is for a period of five years, said the Indian IT company.

The New York Power Authority with 16 generating facilities and over 1,400 circuit-miles of transmission lines in its portfolio is the largest state public power organization in the US.

With main administrative offices in White Plains, New York, the organization is said to use no state credit or tax money and funds its operations by selling bonds and revenues earned largely via sales of electricity.

Trigyn Technologies’ employees are said to serve as contingent workers and will support several initiatives carried out by authority-wide business units.

The New York Power Authority aims to steer the shift to a carbon-free, economically vibrant New York by means of customer partnerships, energy solutions that are innovative, and the responsible supply of clean, affordable, and reliable electricity.

The contract covers contingent workers provided to departments or areas that include administrative and project coordination, audit, risk management and business process review, communications, engineering, capital project management, finance, human resources, knowledge management, budget and accounting, strategic supply management or procurement and other specialists.
