The oil services company had announced its plan to voluntarily delist from Euronext Paris in January 2022 after a comprehensive review of its strategic objectives.

At that time, TechnipFMC said that after the partial spin-off of Technip Energies and the gradual sell-down of its remaining ownership stake, it has refocused as a pure-play technology and services provider to the conventional and new energies industries.
