Tech Mahindra to open Telco Smart Analytics Lab in Milton Keynes

Tech Mahindra said that it will open a dedicated Telco Smart Analytics Lab in , UK with an objective to expedite data-driven for enterprises across various sectors.

The focus of the Telco Smart Analytics Lab of Tech Mahindra will be on developing data analytics solutions on Google Cloud to enable communications service providers (CSPs) around the world to modernize their data ecosystems and drive analytics-driven operations.

By using the capabilities of the Indian IT firm’s intellectual property (IP) and in-house accelerators tailored for CSPs, the lab will help them better engage their customers via analytics-driven experiences. The Telco Smart Analytics Lab in Milton Keynes will also help in modernization of their business platform and data cloud migration to deliver operational efficiencies.

Besides, the new hub will empower customers further to fast track their data cloud journeys in their transition to a digital-first future.

The Google Cloud Telco Smart Analytics Lab in Milton Keynes will further support CSPs to utilize 5G and Edge Computing technologies to build new products, services, and business models for driving growth in revenue. It will also demonstrate how CSPs can better monetize their major network data assets.
