Tech Mahindra acquires IT services provider Allyis Group for $125m

Tech Mahindra said that it has acquired Allyis India Private Limited and Green Investments, the holding company for Allyis Group, for a sum of $125 million in an all-cash deal.

Allyis Group, which is based in Seattle, is an IT services provider. The company has a workforce of over 660.

For the year 2020, Allyis Group posted revenue of $39.6 million.

Allyis Group provides technology consulting and managed services to help businesses cut down costs, enhance performance, and meet their unique goals.

According to Tech Mahindra, the acquisition will strengthen its capabilities in digital experience solutions, marketing, learning and development, instructional design, engineering, business intelligence and analytics, cloud and automation, and technical support services.
