TCS to drive digital transformation of Swiss insurer la Mobiliere

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been roped in by Swiss non-life insurer la Mobiliere for driving its digital transformation program.

La Mobiliere, which is following a digitization strategy, is modernizing its core business including core processes, products, and digital touch points for customers, employees, and partners with an aim to become future-ready.

The Swiss insurance company is now pursuing further expedition of its efforts, which include deploying data-driven services and technologies like artificial intelligence to improve customer experience even more.

Tata Consultancy Services said that it will help modernize the IT estate of la Mobiliere with simplification of core system, cloud adoption, and transformation of applications. The next generation application estate of the Swiss insurance firm, which will use cloud-native architectures, will be delivered in a 100% SAFe agile model, said the Indian IT services provider.

Furthermore, Tata Consultancy Services will help la Mobiliere exploit data and analytics and also automation for reimagining processes to provide superior customer experiences.

Through the digital transformation, la Mobiliere is expected to boost its operational resilience, enhance business agility to address changing market opportunities as well as fuel future growth.
