Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a significant extension of its partnership with Telenor Denmark (TnDK), the second-largest mobile operator in Denmark. The five-year agreement will see TCS manage TnDK’s IT infrastructure services, leveraging its automation-first delivery approach to ensure business continuity assurance, cost optimisation, and enhanced user experiences.

The collaboration, formalised on December 12, 2024, builds on a six-year relationship in which TCS utilised its Machine First Delivery model to modernise TnDK’s IT systems. This ongoing engagement underscores TCS’s commitment to driving innovation and operational efficiency for its telecom clients.

Enhanced IT Infrastructure for Over 1.6 Million Subscribers

With Telenor Denmark serving a substantial customer base of 1.6 million subscribers, the stakes for seamless IT infrastructure services are high.
