The Coimbatore centre will offer local talent unique opportunities to work on global projects, upskill in new vehicle software areas, and innovate across the automotive value chain.

Coimbatore is rapidly emerging as a key engineering hub in India, boasting a vibrant engineering community and a robust education ecosystem. The innovation centre will focus on a variety of vehicle software projects, including embedded software development and testing, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), connected vehicles, functional safety, cybersecurity, hardware-in-the-loop validation, and AUTOSAR.

Talent Development and Local Employment

In its first phase of operations, the company plans to employ 100 vehicle software professionals from the local community, reflecting its commitment to nurturing talent and contributing to the regional and national engineering landscape.
