Tata Consultancy Services becomes partner for Microsoft Cloud for Retail

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said that it has become a partner for the recently launched Cloud for Retail, an industry-specific cloud designed to help retailers expedite their business growth.

The Indian provider said that it will bring together its deep industry knowledge and experience from working with major retailers around the world and its multi-horizon cloud transformation framework in order to help retail clients use Microsoft Cloud for Retail.

The new secure industry-specific cloud from Microsoft brings together different technologies of Microsoft, which are linked by a common data model to connect experiences in the end-to-end journey of shoppers with integrated and intelligent capabilities.

Tata Consultancy Services said that it is a Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Partner as well. The company provides a host of end-to-end services and intellectual property that include TCS Optumera, its (AI) powered retail optimization platform, and a range of other accelerators on the retail cloud.

Its global team of Microsoft-certified specialists are said to assist clients utilize the power of AI, cloud, and automation to offer increased visibility and data control, uncover deep insights, build dynamic customized experiences, and fuel growth.

Tata Consultancy Services said that it will also employ its Pace Ports network of co-innovation hubs that bring together a collaborative ecosystem of technology partners, startups, and academia to stimulate innovation.
