XTEND AI Robotics has completed its combination with JFB Construction Holdings and started NYSE trading under XTND after receiving $67.7 million at closing, giving public investors direct exposure to a defence robotics platform with more than 12,500 deployed systems but meaningful government-customer and execution risks.
