Databricks hits $190bn valuation as Lakebase and AI agent strategy expand
Databricks has closed $5 billion of strategic financing at a $190 billion valuation after surpassing a $7 billion revenue run-rate. The financing strengthens its push into AI agents, databases and enterprise applications, but the valuation now assumes Databricks can turn exceptional growth into a much broader software platform without sacrificing its positive cash-flow profile.
