Oracle Corporation shares came under pressure after Bloomberg News reported that the company issued a force majeure notice linked to Project Jupiter, its enormous New Mexico artificial-intelligence data-centre campus. Oracle says construction remains on schedule, while developer owner Blue Owl Capital says the notice does not change existing financial commitments.
