Michael Mullins

Simon Richardson has been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 25 years for murdering headteacher Michael Mullins after striking him while he was cycling home in April. The prosecution established that Richardson continued driving with Mullins trapped beneath his vehicle, making the case an unusual murder conviction arising from a road collision.
