Willdan Group has completed its $285 million acquisition of Mantis Innovation, adding an energy management business expected to generate $120 million in annual net revenue. The purchase expands its commercial and industrial capabilities, but the financing structure and anticipated 2027 earnings contribution will determine whether the deal improves shareholder returns.
