Evolution Mining's proposed acquisition of Carnaby Resources has progressed through shareholder and court approvals, with a Glencore-related share issue scheduled for 2 November ahead of implementation of the takeover and the integration of Greater Duchess copper resources into Evolution's regional growth strategy.
