ARRAY Technologies and Shoals Technologies Group have agreed to combine in an all-stock merger, creating a broader supplier of solar, energy storage and electrical infrastructure equipment. The companies are targeting more than $100 million in annual adjusted EBITDA synergies within three years, but revised earnings guidance, preferred-share obligations and integration requirements complicate the potential financial benefits.
