Federal Bank has delivered a record ₹1,386 crore quarterly profit while reducing gross NPAs to 1.32%, their lowest level in a decade. Stronger margins, fee income and deposits are supporting the recovery, although funding costs and faster-growing lending categories remain central to the next phase.
