Hafnia is spending another $145.1 million to increase its ownership of TORM from 13.97% to approximately 18.22%. The investment gives Hafnia greater exposure to record tanker earnings and considerable strategic influence, while still leaving it well below Denmark’s mandatory takeover threshold.
