Broadridge (BR) joins NYSE tokenized stock push, bringing shareholder voting to blockchain trading
Broadridge Financial Solutions is bringing proxy voting, shareholder governance and digital transfer agency services to the New York Stock Exchange's planned tokenized securities platform. The partnership strengthens its position in digital market infrastructure, although the exchange's launch remains subject to regulatory approval and the financial contribution has not been disclosed.
